Office Manager
Joanne first met Dr. Thomas in 1996 while studying at Pennsylvania State University, and joined the practice the following year. She spent her first year learning every aspect of running a dental office — a habit of learning that has not stopped since. Outside work she is a proud mother of one and an avid reader.
Diane, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Diane is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has worked in dentistry for more than twenty years. A graduate of Manor’s dental hygiene program, she completed clinical rotations at Temple Dental School and has built her continuing education around periodontics, returning to school to become licensed in administering local anesthesia. She has spent the past eight years at MVP working alongside Dr. Thomas and Dr. Mathew. Outside the office she volunteers with the Indian community across Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks counties, and spends her best hours with her two grandchildren.
Crystal
Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Crystal started her dental assisting career with Dr. Thomas straight out of school, and more than six years later she leads the practice’s expanded functions dental assistants. Her favorite part of the job is teaching patients how to look after their own teeth. Outside the office she is a proud cat mother to Minoe, Stormi and Sahara.

Receptionist
Everyone who comes through the door looks forward to seeing Lauren. She juggles a long list of administrative duties with a razor-sharp eye for detail, she is kind to patients, good fun for the children, and at ease with people from anywhere.
Jeanette
Treatment Plan Coordinator & Junior Office Manager
Jeanette contributes in two capacities. When she presents a treatment plan she is excellent at making patients comfortable with it, and in her management role the team can raise concerns with her knowing she will listen and act. She is a mother of four, and known in the office for an infectious laugh.

Regina
New Patient Coordinator
Regina thought she would enjoy retirement, but she missed people. She is the welcoming voice when you call, she can settle anyone anxious about a visit, and she takes the time to hear what brought you in. Outside work she writes short stories and essays, and is working on her second novel. She lives in Huntingdon Valley with her husband, Michael.
Mariyah
Dental Assistant & Reactivation specialist
Rather than apply in the usual way, Mariyah wrote the practice a compelling email that earned her a position while she attends hygiene school. She assists with procedures, handles reactivation, and spends her days off learning about interior design.
Amanda
Scheduler
When Amanda sees an opening in the schedule, or someone has to cancel, she takes it to heart and does not give up until the day is filled. She is also the person who finds better ways to use the practice’s data, and she can fix almost anything.
Husnaa
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Husnaa has been at MVP Family Dental for more than three years. She has a calming presence that both patients and staff notice, and she can bring an anxious patient round to enjoying the visit. She enjoys traveling, painting and anything creative — and football.
